Investigation of Spiritual Leadership Effect on Organizational Health (Case study in Zahedan social security staff)

Abstract

spiritual leadership is One of the modern leadership methods which is looking to provide spiritual survival staff that in this way can cause mental health of staff in the organization. In this Study the impact of spiritual leadership on organizational health among Zahedan social security staff is identified. It is a survey research for practical purpose and execution methods . The research was conducted in the second half of 1392. The population of the study consisted of 155 staff of the Social Security Organization Zahedan. Morgan table was used to determine the sample size that investigated according to the population of 110 person using simple random mehod. In order to collect data there were used two separate questionnaires for spiritual leadership and organizational health. For Investigation, Cronbach's alpha variables used from spss software and for data analysis used path analysis and T chart method that has been done by the help of lisrel software. The results showed that the spiritual leaderdship have a significant impact on organizational health. As well as among of dimensions of spiritual leadership, membership and feedback have a significant direct impact on organizational health.
