Activities, human resources and knowledge transfer plays an important role in the production. However, comprehensive studies on the coordination between the tasks of human resource management and knowledge management strategies have been carried out simultaneously. The aim of this study is to provide a model for determining appropriate strategies for knowledge management and human resource management activities appropriate to each category of business organizations. The organization cited research jobs and Snell Alburnoides bipunctatus model, the four categories of knowledge-based, job-oriented, participatory and conventional division between jobs, then knowledge management strategies based on the theory Hansen (codification and personalization ) was measured with human resource management tasks. Research into the nature and methods, descriptive survey questionnaire was used to collect data. Data analysis software for smart pls, spss used. The results suggest that the relationship between jobs and strategies for knowledge management and human resource management functions there.
