The servant leadeship is new concepts in the domain of leadership and organisation behavior. This theory provide good learning for managing sobordinates, and it has basic role in leading employees and making suit organisational climate for creation and entrepreneurship. In this article we want to survey of the effect servant leadeship on corporate entrepreneurship. The Statistical population comprises 350 employees of Refah Bank of Tehran and 169 individuals were studied according to Morgan's table in order simple random method. The research is an applied one, using correlation method. Questionnaire is used to collecting data. We used Pearson correlationtest, Multi-variate Regression(enter), structural equation modeling for data analysis and hypothesis testing. The analysis results indicate that the servant leadeship has a significant and positive effect on corporate entrepreneurship. The model outputs indicate good fitness of the model. Finally, recommendations for improving servant leadeship and corporate entrepreneurship are presented.
