Coaching organization is a new organizational face that focuses on coaching as an effective strategy for developing human resources and organizational learning. The problem of this study is the affecting factors on developing a coaching organization which identified and summarized in three categories: human resources factors, business contexts and coaching culture.Then by Survey research method via a descriptive questionnaire the impact of human resources and business contexts as independent variables and coaching culture as mediator variable on developing a coaching organization as dependent variable has tested and examined the fitness of research conceptual model via factor analyses and lisrel software.
Research findings are: introducing the impacting factors on developing a coaching organization and presenting a model for a coaching organization on the bases of sport and playing skills, indigenous cultural values and inherent variables of Iran,s Insurance industry which organized in 7 original and 28 partial hypotheses to explain the direct and indirect relationship between mentioned factors and the coaching organization and Finally all of original and 22 of partial hypotheses verified.
The research results are according to coaching literature and hypotheses testing results on the bases of factors impact priority are:human resources factors, business context and coaching culture. The mediating effect of coaching culture on the relationship of two other factors with coaching organization assessed positive and strong.The most important research suggestions offered on the bases of these effects and also suggested to other researchers the examining of the research model in private insurance sector and other organizations to develop a general model.
