کنکاشی پیرامون پیشآیندهای موثر بر فرایند شکلگیری پدیده بهروزی سازمانی (مورد مطالعه : سازمانهای دولتی)

چکیده

پژوهش­های سازمانی مثبت­ نگر یکی از جدیدترین نحله های مطالعات سازمانی در هزاره سوم محسوب می‌شوند. بر این اساس، پدیده بهروزی سازمانی به عنوان شالوده تفکرات مثبت‌گرایی در سیستم­های پویای سازمانی مطرح شده است. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال است که مدل تحقق بهروزی سازمانی چگونه مدلی است؟ بنابراین پژوهش‌گر پس از تشریح مبانی نظری بهروزی سازمانی، فرایندی از متغیرهای درون سازمانی که مبین چگونگی شکل‌گیری بهروزی سازمانی در سازمان‌های دولتی هستند را به بوته مفهوم سازی و آزمون می‌گذارد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 1853 نفر از کارکنان رسمی و پیمانی ستادی در دو سطح مدیریتی و کارشناسی شاغلین 23 دستگاه اجرایی مشمول بودجه جاری انتخاب ‌شده ‌است. حداقل اندازه نمونه مورد  مطالعه 318 نفر است که از طریق نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شده‌اند. پژوهش‌گر برای تعمیم‌پذیری نتایج، 15% به آن افزوده و در نهایت 355 پرسش‌نامه تکمیل شد. به منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه­های استاندارد استفاده شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­های پژوهش از طریق مدل معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل مسیر توسط نرم‌افزار لیزرل انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش ضمن تأیید مدل مفهومی، متغیرهای شناسایی شده را در فرایند شکل‌گیری بهروزی سازمانی موثر می‌داند.

Inquiry about Variables Affecting on the Formation the Phenomenon of Organizational Well-being (Case Study: public organizations)

چکیده [English]

Positive organizational scholarship is the lastest movments at the third millennium. Accordingly,the phenomenon of Organizational Well-being(ow) is the base of positive thoughts in the dynamic organizational systems. This study seeks to answer this question that how is Conceptual model of  organizational well-being in public sctor? This study is to describe the theoretical foundations of organizational well-being, Conceptualization organizational variables that affect on O.W. and testing  model and hypotheses. The population study is 1853 employees and 23 contract staff employed in the management and administration office. Minimum sample size of 324 Were selected through stratified random sampling and for generalizability of results to the researchers, 15% of the 355 questionnaires were completed and added to it. The data for the analysis of structural equation modeling and path analysis through LISREL software was used. The results confirm the conceptual model of organizational variables identified as being in the process of formation.
