شناسایی آموزه¬های دینی مؤثر بر شکل¬گیری رهبری تحول¬گرای موثق (ATL) بر اساس مطالعه تطبیقی متون اسلامی و غربی (با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی فازی)

چکیده

سبک رهبری تحول آفرین یکی از سبک های جدید و مؤثر رهبری در محیط­های پویا و ناپایدار جامعه جهانی امروز می­باشد. در ادبیات مربوط، دو نوع رهبری تحول­گرای موثق و کاذب معرفی شده است.  در این پژوهش سعی بر آن است که با مطالعه تطبیقی متون اسلامی و غربی در این زمینه، آموزه­های دینی مؤثر در شکل­گیری رهبری تحول­گرای موثق شناسایی شود. جهت دستیابی به این هدف، با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی فازی و با کمک گرفتن از 12 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی آگاه به مسایل دینی اسلام عوامل مزبور مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. فرایند دلفی در دو مرحله انجام شد  که در نتیجه 13 عامل  به ترتیب اهمیت عبارتند از: «خودشناسی و خودآگاهی»،  «روح حق­جویی و عدم تبعیض»، «تقوی الهی»، «بصیرت ناشی از معنویت»، «توکل»، «اخلاق دینی و توجه به ارزش­ها»، «تزکیه نفس»، «ایمان به غیب»، «امر به معروف و نهی از منکر»، «انفاق»، «اخلاص در عمل»، «آخرت­گرایی»، و در نهایت «رعایت احکام»

Investigation on Islamic Factors Formed Authentic Transformational Leadership (ATL) base on Comparison Study between Islamic and Western Issues (By Using Delphi Fuzzy Technique)

چکیده [English]

Transformational leadership style is one of the effective and new leadership styles in today’s dynamic global environment. In literature review, there is two kind of transformational leadership: authentic and inauthentic (or pseudo-Transformational Leadership). In this research a comparison study in Islamic and western literature was carried out to find (religion) factors which are effective to form ALT. For this purpose, Delphi fuzzy technique was used and twelve scholars who are master of Islamic issue analyzed these factors.ِ Delphi process conducted two times. At the end, 13 factors were found which are effective to forming ALT. They consequently are: Self-awareness and Self-Consciousness, Rightness and Unbiased Morality, Piety, Spiritual Intuition, Rely on GOD, Region ethic and Value consideration, Self Refining, Believe in GOD, Invitation to right and Prohibit of evils, Devotion, Sincerity, Hereafter oriented, and Doing the religion duties.
