The topic of talent management has received a remarkable degree of interest by practitioners and academicians. Talent Management includes a complete set of processes for identifying, applying and managing talented people with 3 cycle include: identify and attract talent, retain talent and maintain, and develop talents.One of the most important stage in TM is talent identification. The main purpose of this research is to develop players competencies in SAPCO`s strategic jobs. Research has been done by qualitative method, based on theme analysis and using interview in SAPCO. Using theorical sampling, 17 interview was done with managers and experts in SAPCO. Data analysis led to the identification of two categories: general and specialized index has been associated with the talents in the field.
