Designing Personnel Productive Conceptual Model by Interpretive Structural Approach(A case study of plan and program deputy section of ferdowsi university of mashhad)

Abstract

This research is performed with the purpose of applying interpretive structure modeling in drawing conceptual model of personnel productivity in plan and program deputy of ferdowsi university of mashhad. The descriptive -survey metohod  is used and so; There are two kind of statistical society in this research. The first statistical society include all managers which 86 managers have been chosen as statistical sample by random- classify sample method. The second statistical society include plan  and program deputy managers which are chosen by polling method. Delphi technique is utilised to identify effective factors of personnel productivity. Correlation statistical method is used for determining  relationship between variables. The results shows that, conceptual Model includes 7 dimensions and 59 criteria.The model includes two levels.The higher level consists of five dimensions Such as; managers and personnel relations,motivation factors,organizational culture,work environment and technology. Second level consist two dimensions Such as;  individual factors and workforce quality ,which acts as underlyingstone of the model. Thus personnel productivity process should start with this level, then the base to be  productive will be provided for other dimensions in higher level..
