The Relationship Between the Human Resources and Ethical Decision Making Strategies with Organizational Performance in Research Institutes of Ministry of Agriculture

Abstract

This article intends to illuminate how the alignment of  human resources strategies and ethical decision making strategies affect firm performance. Data for this study were collected from research organizations. The sample includes 134 managers, experts and faculty members of  organizations. The basic method of inquiry was gathering data about the hypothesis through three questionnaires; after  completing the data, there were classified and analyzed so as to find the causal relationship between variables. The results revealed that there is a positive effect of  coordinated human resources strategies and ethical decision making strategies on organizational performance in the research institutes of  ministry of agriculture. The article concludes with a number of suggestions aimed at improving the organizational performance.
