A questionnaire was used to collect the data, whose reliability and validity is assessed by Cronbach's alpha that was (0/9) and confirmatory factor analysis. This conceptual model were examined using structural part called path analysis, and structural equation modeling. The results showed a negative influence of cynicicm on the quality of offered services to the clients.
