Investigating of Organizational Culture Management and Introducing their Methods of Handling in Holdings

Abstract

when that the successful organizations  was related to their culture, organizational culture more than ever before considered. Academics and practitioners focused on how organizational culture develops, changes and institutionalizes, and discussed various aspects of management culture( a dynamic process of create a new culture, maintain, modify or change the existing culture). In this study, we investigated the culture and the challenges of culture management and mechanisms to overcome these challenges in a mother company.
First, to assess the existing culture, a questionnaire was used. At this stage stratified random sampling method and sample size was 3323 members of the company. In the next phase, challenges and obstacles and ways to overcome it were investigated. Data gathering tools in this phase was interviews (individual and focus groups) with about 330 people from three companies. So after analyzing the questionnaires based on gender, age, class and education, in any of the classes were identified existing culture and after analyzing the interviews, we classified  the main challenges for the management of culture in three categories and ways to overcome it was divided into four groups.
