Spirituality in the workplace, particularly in the areas of leadership, both from a theoretical and practical perspective, has allocated substantial growth to itself. In this regard, this paper investigates and quantifies the impact of spiritual leadership on organizational justice, considering the mediating role of spiritual wellbeing. The sample consisted of 234 employees of the Electric Khodro Shargh Company by random sampling. A questionnaire was used to collect data, and P.L.S. software was used to test structural equation modeling. The results of the structural model fitting showed that the effect of spiritual leadership on organizational justice is influenced by the spiritual well-being variable, so that changes in organizational justice cannot be significantly predicted without spiritual well-being as a mediating variable.
