Parpose of this study was to design a model on the relationship of knowledge management whit human resource management in higher education .for this purpose the research background and theoretical framework of meditor variables were identified and then the primary of research model was designed and in according it a questionnsier was prepeared then after confirmation of the validity and reliability it was given to faculty members of the Tehran university.the results demoenstration than aspects of knowledge management Understanding aspects developmentof human resources in higher education; aspects recognizing the substantive factors that can influence development of human resources, including the organization stractuer, strategy, organization knowledge, technology, and culture.
