Designing a model of organizational participation (Case study: Zahedan schools)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is designing a model of organizational participation for use in Zahedan schools. This is a descriptive- correlation study and its population were principals and teachers of Zahedan schools in academic year 2012-2013. 548 principals and teachers from them were selected by random sampling method. The study instrument was a questionnaire with seven dimensions (participatory culture, organizational structre, transformational leadership, attitude to participation, interpersonal trust, organizational commitment, and organizational participation). The scores were analyzed using the Spearman correlation coefficient and multiple regression by Software SPSS17. Results showed that were significant positive correlation between participatory culture with organizational participation, organizational structre with organizational participation, transformational leadership with organizational participation, attitude to participation with organizational participation, interpersonal trust with organizational participation, organizational commitment with organizational participation.
