Abstract

This research seeks to clarify the relationship between Entrepreneurial Corporate Culture (ECC) and Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO). For this purpose, 247 of the 2,354 people, that working in 129 small and medium enterprises (in five industries of food and beverage, cellulose, chemicals, metallic minerals and non-metallic minerals that have been active in Birjand), were selected to fit the above categories. Due to the lack of appropriate models to assess the ECC compatible with Iranian Islamic culture that is based on our country, researcher tried to formulate this model. Then dimensions and indicators of ECC and EO were confirmed by experts.
Then using descriptive – solidarity research method and using path analysis (Structural models of SEM) and regression testing and with the help of SPSS and AMOS software, relations between ECC and EO are shown. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between ECC (and its dimensions) and EO, and the significance of the concept of Development Orientation is greater than other dimensions (0.67). Results also showed that this relationship based on managers' responses is more significance.
