بررسی رابطه مدیریت دانش با استرس شغلی بر اساس مدل HSE در اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان

Knowledge is the key value producing in organizations.its role and importance is increasing day after today in current organizations. In Knowledge base societies there is a society that say the knowledge is capital and societies are capital owners. So competitive of organization is depend on the leading its knowledge  values. If the amount of stress is lower or upper than the optimum level it health of scientists. For her more the purpose of present study was to investigate the relationship of knowledge management and stress in faculty members in university of sistanand baluchestan .the population of this study included 660 faculty members that 205 of them were selected in accordance to morgan table as sample. The present study withregard to its purpose is applied research and with regard to its nature and research methodology is correlation – descriptive. To investigate the relationship between research variables structural equation models were used. The results revealed that the process of financial knowledge management increases naturally the amount of stress and it come effect on the dimensions of demand control of supervisors support communications and changes.
