According to the purpose of this paper that is to design an efficient implementation model of performance management system in service organizations, first the aspects of implementation of the Performance Management System (with system approach that is the first and most comprehensive research on the topic of study) were extracted through library research, interviews and Theme analysis. Then, using the Delphi method and opinions of experts, the initial framework was validated and finally it was formulated in the form of a questionnaire. Next, using census, a questionnaire distributed among 400 managers, trustees and volunteers staff of performance management system in the area of banking and payment services that had the experience of implementation of the Performance Management System. To test assumptions and analyze the data for quantitative research, structural equation modeling (AMOS) was used. Based on the results, model of the implementation of performance management in service organizations were identified in 5 Dimensions, 22 components and 89 indexes. Among the aspects of research, internal content organizational factors conducive to define the most important role in the efficient implementation of the management system respectively.

The aim of this paper was to investigate the mediating role of energetic feeling in the relationship between the Islamic work ethic, , and tend to turnover. It applied a descriptive–correlational research method. The statistical population was consisted of the staff of the Islamic incantation organization of Khorasan Razavi (204 people) in 1392. Data were collected by the following questionnaires: Islamic work ethic (Golparvar and Nadi, 1390), the energetic feeling (Golparvar and et. al, 1389), and turnover (Mobly and Horner, 1978; Lions, 1971). Then, they were analyzed by path analysis in Lisrel software. The results indicated that: 1) Islamic work ethic had a significant positive effect on energetic feeling. 2) Energetic feeling had a significant positive effect on turnover. 3) Islamic work ethic hadn’t a significant negative effect on turnover. 4) Thus, after removeing the direct path of Islamic work ethic to turnover; the research final model fit was satisfactory. Therefore, staff turnover reasons should be noted in organizations, certainly with approach of energetic feeling.

Banking industry of Iran as a bridge between supply and demand for funds due to the competitive forces has faced extensive developments. To survive in these volatile and turbulent conditions, awareness of the competitive forces at any time is helpful. This research aimed to identify and analyze the competitive forces affecting the banking industry of Qeshm during (1380- 1390). Therefore hybrid model Porter’s five forces and Analytical Network Process (ANP) was used. The research method was descriptive and survey data has been collected. The study population included all branches of the bank executives and experts active in Qeshm. The questionnaire was designed based on analytical network process and distributed among all. Research findings showed state-of-industry-competition index (SICI) increased in banking industry of Qeshm. Also by moving from 1380 to 1390 SICIPBC and SICIPBS were the maximum and SICITNE was the minimum. This means that the overall index increased competition in the banking industry has increased and the greatest threat that banks and financial institutions are facing is the threat of the bargaining power of customers and suppliers.

The paper aimed to investigate the influence of factors, such as responsibility, respect, honesty and fairness as components of business ethics among employees, on customer satisfaction. The statistical population of the study was the customers of mentioned repair shops in Kerman. Using random sampling, a sample of 267 were selected. A 23-item questionnaire were used to gather information. Cronbach's alpha was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire (0/9573). Descriptive statistics including frequency tables, graphs, mean, and statistical tests such as Pearson, ANOVA and regression were used to analyze the data. Findings showed that there was a significant relationship between business ethics and customer satisfaction in which the greatest impact of business ethics components on customer satisfaction were respectively: responsibility, respect, honesty and fairness. Authorized repair shops of Iran Khodro and Siapa companies were compared and the results showed that the later cares more about business ethics and customer satisfaction.

There are two mainstreams for explaining the media policy. First approach which is the traditional approach to media policy regards the media outlets as institutions on which policies can be applied. In this respect, it rather highlights the role of governments in how they attempt to make policies for protecting the public interests. The second approach regards the media as a realm not subject to policy in terms of technological advances in communication and emergence of new media devices. Under this theoretical framework, the models and theories in the field of media policy can be separated into two mainstreams. Relying on the first theoretical framework, this qualitative study intended to theorize the policymaking procedure at Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB). The gained theory suggests that such a phenomenon revolves around a theme titled "subject-oriented or authentic event", which explains the effective media policy within the context of intervening factors. replying on several causal contributing parameters. Therefore, based on information obtained from semi-structured interviews and the model derived from the research, it can be concluded that policy-making process in the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting should change its approach from counseling to object oriented in critical times such as elections to attract audiences and make the policies of organization true.

The aim of current study was to examine the effect of perceived risk of potential tourist, middle-east image and familiarity on Iran’ image destination. For this purpose, a mixed method approach was considered. The members of couch-surfing and linkedin participated in both qualitative and quantitative studies. 74 respondents participated in the qualitative study and 520 respondents participated in the qualitative study. Content analysis techniques were used to identify the dimensions of the destination image. Available non-random sampling was used in qualitative study. The data of destination image and perceived risk dimensions were identified by exploratory factor analysis and relationships between the constructs of the model were investigated by confirmatory factor analysis using Amos. The results of qualitative method identified eight dimensions for Iran’ destination image. The results of exploratory factor analysis identified six dimensions for Irans’ image and three dimensions for perceived risk. The findings showed that perceived risk, Middle East image and familiarity had impact on the Image of Iran and destination image had impact on intention to visit Iran.
