Due to the nature of the research and<br />the data-collection method, this is a descriptive- survey research and in terms<br />of purpose, this is an "applied" research. mso-bidi-theme-font: major-bidi;">effective<br />implementation of knowledge management do not have balanced maturity in studied<br />population. </span> استقرار مدیریت دانش، به همراستایی مؤلفه­های مهم داخلی و خارجی سازمان­ها و پیشبرد متعادل این مؤلفه­ها از مرحله­ای به مرحله دیگر نیاز دارد. تلفیق الگوی بلوغ سازمانی با الگوی استقرار اثربخش مدیریت دانش، مفهوم جدیدی برای ارزیابی روند رشد مؤلفه­های سازمانی ارائه می‌کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف استقرار اثربخش مدیریت دانش با رویکرد همراستایی راهبردی و بلوغ متوازن در یکی از نهادهای انقلاب اسلامی انجام شده است. تحقیق از منظر ماهیت و روش جمع­آوری داده‏ها، توصیفی-پیمایشی و از منظر هدف کاربردی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کارشناسان نهاد را در برمی‌گیرد. از جامعه آماری به روش تصادفی طبقه­ای تعداد 122 نفر به عنوان گروه نمونه انتخاب و داده­های مورد نیاز به وسیله پرسش­نامه محقق ساخته جمع­آوری گردید. روایی صوری ابزار تحقیق نتایج قابل قبولی را نشان داد. روایی سازه به وسیله تحلیل عاملی تاییدی ارزیابی گردید. پایایی ابزار تحقیق با روش آلفای کرونباخ  برابر 974/0 بدست آمد که نشان دهنده قابلیت اعتماد قابل قبول پرسش­نامه می­باشد. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده­های جمع­آوری شده با آزمون­های آماری مناسب و با نرم­افزار SmartPLS3 و SPSS، حاکی از آن است که در جامعه مورد مطالعه، همه شاخص­ها، مؤلفه­ها و عامل منابع انسانی در وضعیت مناسبی می‌باشند. به جز شاخص­های فرآیند مدیریت دانش، دیگر شاخص­ها، مؤلفه­ها و عامل ساختار در وضعیت مناسبی می‌باشند. به جز مؤلفه مخازن دانش و شاخص­های آن، سایر شاخص­ها، مؤلفه­ها و عامل زیرساخت در وضعیت مناسبی می‌باشند. شاخص­ها، مؤلفه­ها و عامل استراتژی، در وضعیت مناسبی نمی‌باشند. در نهایت مشخص شد که ابعاد الگوی استقرار اثربخش مدیریت دانش در جامعه مورد مطالعه از بلوغ متوازن برخوردار نمی‌باشد. https://jmr.usb.ac.ir/article_2850_c6a3a1edec8d827f5b370e5a68330a3e.pdf
