مدیریت استعدادها : شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل موثر بر جذب و نگهداشت استعدادهای علمی

چکیده

  امروزه اعتقاد بر این است که منابع انسانی مهمترین مزیت رقابتی و سرمایه سازمانی است و به همین دلیل بر نقش ارزشمند استعدادها در سازمان تاکید شده و مدیریت مطلوب آنها بسیار مهم و حساس تلقی می­شود. با ظهور واژگانی مانند مدیریت استعدادها ما شاهد یک تغییر پارادایماز مدیریت منابع انسانی سنتی به مدیریت منابع انسانی نوینی هستیم که دربرگیرنده توجه به نخبگان سازمانی است. این در حالی است که جذب و نگهداشت استعدادها از گام های اولیه در مدیریت استعدادها محسوب می­شوند. هدف از این تحقیق شناسایی و رتبه­بندی مهمترین عوامل موثر بر جذب و نگهداشت استعدادهای علمی در دانشگاه­ها می­باشد. این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی و به روش کمی و به شکل توصیفی در دانشگاه تهران انجام شده است. نمونه­گیری به روش تصادفی ساده و ابزار گردآوری داده­ها پرسشنامه می­باشد. داده­های جمع­آوری شده با نرم افزار SPSSتجزیه و تحلیل شده و نتایج نشان می­دهد که عامل جو تحقیق و پژوهش بیشترین تأثیرگذاری را در جذب استعدادها در دانشگاه تهران دارد.

Currently , it is belived that human resource is competitve advantage and organizition capital, and therefore focusing the valuable role of talents in organization and their desirable management is very important and sensitive. With the emergence of terms such as talent management, we are witnessing a paradigm shift in traditional human resource managenent to new human resource management that includes attention to organization elites.The first step is to attract and retain talent in the talent management. The purpose of this paper is to indentify and rank the most important factors to attract and retain academic talent in university. The research is application and doing with quantitative and  describe methods in the University of Tehransampling is Simple random and tools  Data Gathering is  questionnaire.The collected data were analyzed with SPSS software and results show that “the atmospher of research in university” is the most important factor in attracting and keeping talents in University of Tehran.
