بررسی رابطه کارآفرینی سازمانی و عملکرد تجاری شرکت ‏پتروشیمی تبریز

چکیده

در دهه گذشته مطالعات انجام شده در مورد کارآفرینی سازمانی به سرعت افزایش یافته است. ‏کارآفرینی سازمانی شامل چهار بعد نوآوری، ریسک‌پذیری، ‏پیشگامی و رقابت تهاجمی است. در سازمان­ها، کارآفرینی سازمانی با هدف توسعه عملکرد دنبال ‏می‌شود که در سودآوری و افزایش تولید و ارتقاء عملکرد اقتصادی شرکت نقش اساسی دارد. ‏شرکت­ها برای حفظ مزیت رقابتی خود در درازمدت مجبور به توسعه تعهد خود به کارآفرینی ‏سازمانی هستند. با توجه به تأثیر کارآفرینی سازمانی بر عملکرد سازمان‌ها و استفاده از آن به ‏عنوان مزیت رقابتی، در مقاله حاضر به بررسی ارتباط بین این دو پرداخته می‌شود. تحقیق از نوع ‏کاربردی بوده و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق از آزمون ضریب ‏همبستگی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری مدیران میانی شرکت‌ پتروشیمی تبریز بوده و تعداد نمونه ‏آماری 50 نفر بوده است. نتیجه بررسی نشان داد که بین مؤلفه‌های کارآفرینی سازمانی شامل ‏نوآوری، ریسک‌پذیری، پیشگامی و رقابت تهاجمی با عملکرد تجاری رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری ‏وجود دارد و در نهایت پیشنهادهایی برای توسعه کارآفرینی سازمانی و بهبود عملکرد تجاری ارائه ‏شده است.‏

A Study of Relationship Between Intrapreneurship and Business Performance in Tabriz Petrochemical Company

چکیده [English]

The studies of intrepreneurship have increased in the past decade. ‎Intrepreneurship has four dimensions including: innovativeness, riskiness, ‎proactiveness and competive aggresiveness. In the organizations intrepreneurship is used ‎for promoting performance. Intrepreneurship promotes business performance ‎and has an impact on the increase of production and profitability in companies. As a result, all ‎companies need to developing intrepreneurship. This article surveys the ‎relationship between intrepreneurship and business performance in the ‎Tabriz Petrochemical Company (TPC) ‎. The method used is applied-description survey. The population comprised 50 middel level managers of Tabriz Petrochemical Company. Data analysis was conducted by frequency distribution, percentage and Spearman correlation ‎test. According to ‎the research findings, there is signification a relationship between Intrapreneurship ‎and business performance. Finally, the article has presented ‎solutions to promote Intrepreneurship‎ and business performance
